Sukhdeep Singh Buttar is the founder of Consentive Meditation. He is also an Acupressure Therapist, Reiki Grand Master, Life Coach, Counsellor, Teacher, Humanitarian and Public Speaker. He started his career as an Acupressure Therapist. During his practice, he met thousands of people and realised that most of the people in our society are living under the burden of worry and stress and are incapable to face routine life problems. As a result, their life becomes miserable. It is the major problem in our society and there is no solid method or technique available to overcome stress and worries in life and to make us capable to live a life with full of Happiness, peace of mind and enthusiasm. Afterwards, he started to search about a specific method by which the darkness of despair and sadness in the lives of people could be enlightened with peace of mind, happiness, enthusiasm and joy. He deeply researched on this subject for a long time and practised meditation to fulfil his aim. After the hard work of many years, he found the specific method for peace of mind and happiness through self-realization and later on converted his spiritual experiences into writing form and thus the concept of Consentive Meditation came into existence. The sole aim of his life is to spread the knowledge about the concept of Consentive Meditation to every corner of the world so that the light of peace of mind, happiness, enthusiasm and joy can be ignited in the lives of people who have become frustrated and stressed due to the problems of life.

The training of Consentive Meditation is divided into two levels i.e.
1. Basic Level Training.
2. Master Level Training.
The Basic Level Training programme of Consentive Meditation is available online and anyone can learn this training after registration. After completion of the Basic Level Training of Consentive Meditation one may request for Master Level Training through email. The Master Level Training of Consentive Meditation is provided offline only to selected persons who have satisfactorily practised the Basic Level Training of Consentive Meditation.
No. Consentive Meditation is not related to any religion. Actually Consentive Meditation is a modern technique of meditation and any person of any religion can practice this meditation and can get benefits.

Yes. You can continue your regular religious ritual practices along with the practice of Consentive Meditation.
Yes. Any person above the age of 15 years can learn and practice of Consentive Meditation in his /her life.
